The Workout You Dread the Most: I am definitely not a fan of cardio. Don't worry though, I still make myself do it.
Your Favorite Workout: I love love love leg day! I'm all about challenging myself and raising the intensity of my workouts wherever I can. I really believe that it's important to build from the ground up, so that's why I never skip a leg day! Favorite exercise has gotta be Romanian Deadlifts because they really target and hit my hamstrings hard!
Favorite Go-To Snack/Meal: Rice cakes with peanut butter.
Favorite Cheat Meal: Chicken Chimichangas. I could totally see myself eating Mexican food for every meal for the rest of my life if I could.
Non-Fitness Related Hobbies/Interests: I love going out and trying new things to stay active even on rest days from the gym. Rock climbing and paddle boarding are my fav right now!
Personal Goals: After my competition, I plan to do a lean bulk and really focus on building solid muscle mass for a whole year at least."
