The old me two years ago was someone that that was very aggressive and determined to be successful in my career but unfortunately at the expense of my health. I was the person that worked long days in the office and many late nights and weekends sitting at the kitchen table working. I traveled constantly and had major back pain and chronic acid reflux.

I was referred to Resurrection Fitness and while skeptical, I was impressed with the time they take with me for my issues and goals. I’ve had at least seven personal trainers in my life and joined at least five gyms and this was the first time I actually had anyone really take time to evaluate my lifestyle, physical limitations and build a plan and goals around how to build my strength and endurance that would ultimately have a positive impact on my overall health.

In addition to the customized training program design for my individual needs, they gave recommendations on dietary changes that complimented the diet program to reduce the acid reflux issues I was dealing with.

I went from 192 pounds to 168 pounds. I went from knocking on the doors of a waist size of a 35 to a 32 and my neck size increased from 15 to a 16 ½. In March I could barely do a plank for 30 seconds and now I can hold one for 4 minutes and 30 seconds! Slim cut suits and pants! Bring them on!

Since I lost the weight, we then adjusted my goals to build muscle with the focus on building strength to my back. To date, I weigh 180 pounds which is my ideal weight and I’m still a size 32 in the waist. I no longer have back issues or complications with acid reflux nor pain and discomfort in my back.

People, you can do this. You just have to make up your mind that your time is now. I’m 49 years old and I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to the ResFit Team.
