This is our most popular training program. We offer personal 30 and 60 minutes sessions in a safe and secure setting. Where the Resurrection fitness specialists assess your fitness goals and create an intense interval training regimen that blasts fat quickly and builds lean muscle; focusing on technique and plenty of effective stretching.

Nutrition counselling is also offered to support progress and maintain results.
