Q. How often can I come to sessions? 

A. As many times per week as your schedule allows. We recommend at least 2x, but it's even better if you can do 3 to 4x. 

Q. When does this begin? 

A. It begins October 23rd, but we can start you a bit after and you'll still get 28 days from your start date!

Q. What's the schedule? 

A. We have the schedule listed on this page and at with 21 sessions per week

Q. Does it matter if I've never worked out?

A. Not at all! This is group personal training. Not classes, which means that we modify the session to any fitness level. We have many fitness levels with us.

Q. What if I don't like the meal plan? 

A. That's ok! We have several tweaks and options to make sure you get great results and still like your food choices. (we definitely want to make improvements on nutrition as we can't out train a poor diet, of course)

Q. What's my next step after I get signed up?
